Sales & Refunds

All purchases from Bemni Art Studio are considered final. We do not offer refunds on any artworks once a sale has been completed. We encourage all buyers to reach out before purchasing if they have any questions about a piece.

For original artworks where the buyer was unable to view the piece in person prior to purchase, an exchange or studio credit may be considered at Bemni Art Studio's discretion. Any such request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Digital Prints

All digital prints are produced individually to order. As a result, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credit notes under any circumstances. Please review all artwork details carefully before placing your order.

Commission Works

Commissioned artworks are created exclusively for each client based on an agreed brief. All commissions are final sale — no refunds or exchanges will be provided once the creation process has commenced. A detailed consultation is conducted prior to commencement to ensure alignment on concept, medium, size, and timeline.

Transit & Insurance

Every artwork is carefully packaged and fully insured against damage or loss during transit. In the unlikely event that your work arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the artwork immediately upon receipt and contact us at beimnet4abel@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can assist you promptly.
